Role Overview
Operate a world class Sales Programme Management capability that supports the Global Markets team and Executive Leadership.
Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting
    • Provide regular reporting related to booking/revenue performance, quota and sales capacity management, pipeline and forecast accuracy, and deal progress
  • Drive consistency, accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting through process management and discipline
  • Sales Analytics
  • Provide analytics related to growth efforts, account penetration levels and share of wallet expansion
  • Interpret data and provide themes to ensure the sales strategy is enabled and/or recommend changes in direction leveraging feedback from Global/Local Leadership
  • Support Executive Leadership to develop sales targets and sales force activity performance
  • Sales Governance
    • Provide operational support to Global/Local Leadership required for Big Deals Approval meetings, as well as day to day opportunity management queries
    • Ensure sales process and deal governance is followed
  • Sales Pipeline
    • Maintain opportunity pipeline by ensuring data is accurate and maintained
  • Operational Excellence
    • Define and deliver change initiatives that will create a world class Sales Programme Management capability: systems, tools and processes
