Key Responsibilities

• Developing the people transition solution and integration approach that meets regulatory requirements (e.g. TUPE / ARD);
• Conducting HR due diligence to inform the shape of the solution;
• Supporting the Capco commercial / contracting team in client negotiations around HR related topics / schedules;
• Developing and implementing a stakeholder communication plan and strategy to support the engagement;
• Defining people propositions with full understanding and workings of employment contracts, terms and conditions;
• Driving staff consultation activities;
• Communicating and negotiating with Works Councils;
• Developing and implementing staff retention and exit strategies;
• Working with the Capco Human Capital team to prepare for staff transition events into the Capco organisation; and
• Supporting with the integration into a Target Operating Model post acquisition, alongside the Human Capital Business Partner

• Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder and client management skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt language and style to the audience;
• Ability to influence and work in a dynamic and agile team environment;
• Self motivated and with the ability to motivates others;
• Attention to detail particularly in respect to assessing commercial and contractual impact of HR due diligence and the people solution;
• Willingness for overseas travel if required to support strategic opportunities across Europe;
• 100% travel to client site may be required;
• Degree level educated (or equivalent);
• Languages a plus (not essential).
