A temporary position (11 months) for a Team Assistant is needed for leading bank, Societe Generale based  in the City of London.

Assist the Management Executive Assistant in providing support to senior management, including:

  • Coordinating diaries, travel, itineraries.
  • Organising meetings (internal and external) and arranging client events.
  • Preparing trips, including tickets, documents, files etc.
  • Processing of invoices, expenses claims and booking all travel requirements.
  • Producing documents & presentations as required.
  • Telephone answering and taking messages
  • Filing
  • Any ad hoc activities as agreed.

Assist the Transversal Project Administrator in relation to the monthly timesheet processes and the TyMetrix T360 legal fees procurement and ebilling system, including:

  • Responding to queries from SG personnel and law firm contacts in relation to the creation of law firm instruction requests, budget approval and invoice submission processes
  • Assisting in the research of out of policy law firm invoices to resolve and make sure they go through the proper route

Required Experience

  • Prior experience as a team assistant or personal assistant is required
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential for this role
  • Experience within an investment services environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Past experience working with senior level management would be beneficial.
