• Provide advice and guidance to managers on a case by case basis whilst ensuring the advice fits the needs of the business, is appropriate based on previous case history and is consistent in terms of outcome, application of policies, processes and procedures.
• Support line manager compliance with HR policies procedures, processes and employment law and where appropriate escalate to the HR Performance coaches to address with the line managers
• Ensure KPI achievement balances high quality and effective timescales whilst supporting other members of the team
• Measurably improve and develop the skills/knowledge of our managers to people manage more effectively to drive up business performance through ongoing coaching and support.
• Positively impact key business measures i.e. reduce absence rates through effective interventions; improve management practices to reduce and manage performance issues in their teams

The HR Performance Advisor should have proven experience of managing a significant ER caseload and providing coaching and support to both line managers and employees. You must be CIPD qualified (or working towards this) and your IT skills will include familiarity with Oracle and Oracle Rightnow (HR case management tool). Previous experience working in HRSS environment would be advantageous.
