We are delighted to be working exclusively with this client, who is just in the throes of setting up a new London office. Our principal is a well-known name in the world of Private Equity but has decided to set up his own venture. He is charming, fair and knows what he wants to build his business. He aims to headhunt and hire 20 of the best to join his team by the end of 2014 so you can see that this role will be exciting and challenging and therefore you will need to be at the top of your game to succeed.
Our client is looking for a highly presentable EA who can come on board and initially assist with the office set up (procedures, processes etc.,) whilst looking after him as the business starts to develop.
You should be used to lots of client interaction and be willing to turn your hand to most things in the early stages of the business. Adept at international travel you will co-ordinate many trips to the African continent and mastermind exacting schedules to make sure that his time is used effectively.
You will be pro-active in your approach as most of this role will involve autonomous working.
