Recruitment and Search Consultant needed | London

Our team are hard working ambitious individuals who like to work in an environment where they have flexible working hours and can work from home some days. Grosvenor Search is a successful head hunting firm in the legal and compliance sector and is broadening it’s offering to include contingent recruitment for its client base in financial services. We are hiring two ‘recruitment consultant’ to join us.

The positions are open for driven individuals who want to work in and adult flexible mature environment where professionalism and ethics are valued. As is performance and delivering results. We would like to invite applicants who are eager to learn a new sector (previous recruitment experience of some sort is necessary).

You will have a respectful work environment where you will be provided with training and support to grow and learn. Compensations will be in the form of competitive base and bonus / commission and there is flexibility to work from home some days. As well as flexibility on hours in the office to allow for child care if needed.
