Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development and Talent, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:
The Talent Manager should have proven experience of working in a large business where they have both communicated with and influenced key stakeholders, have an in depth knowledge of L&D and be able to design, deliver and evaluate talent/L&D interventions.
