Primark had a “magnificent” year according to a message from chairman Charles Sinclair in their annual results of their parent company, Associated British Foods (ABF). Profits rose 30%, it has had a “highly successful” entry into continental Europe (France) and Primark is planning to move into the north-eastern US.
