You will join Worldpay as a key part of our Recruitment function where we’re passionate about our team and what we do. Based out of our stunning Head Office in the heart of the city, we deliver recruitment for the global business.

How will you add value on a day to day basis?
- By supporting the organisation of interviews: booking rooms, scheduling candidates, issuing confirmations and sending calendar invites
- By raising employment contracts and offer letters for new starters
- By managing the database and ensure best practice within the Recruitment team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the recruitment team meetings are organised and diarised with meeting rooms booked according to the requirements of the Director of Recruitment and the team
- Perform any other resourcing related administrative duties, as required to support the delivery by the Recruitment team
What will make you the ideal candidate?
- A track record of working successfully in a fast paced administration environment
- Experience of supporting a Recruitment function (in-house or search firm/consultancy) with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Recruitment CRM systems knowledge preferred
- Excellent organisation skills and superb attention to detail
- A confident multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills
- Evidence of managing data and providing reporting support
- A strong communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability influence, where required
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
