Lead Mobile UX Architect job | South London

To own, develop and maintain the Mobile Sportsbook User Experience (UX) strategy incorporating both Sportsbook and Brand through user centered design projects. Using research, insight, experience and market best practice and through direct product design the Lead Mobile UX Architect will create, maintain and deliver wireframes and prototype interaction design concepts; defining site structures, site maps and process flows to create a best in class Mobile, Tablet, Phablet and other device Sportsbook experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the mobile & device product owners to define their Sportsbook strategy, specifically the UX strategy and use this to support the overall strategy of the product.
* Recommend and influence stakeholders to propose UX solutions that balance user needs with business goals as well as technological capabilities.
* Develop the mobile & device Sportsbook UX strategy including future state and prototypes, concepts, for use in research, focus groups, user scenarios, site maps, wireframes and conceptual designs
* Develop engaging and exciting user experiences across the mobile & device Sportsbook and interaction points driven by the strategy and brand guidelines ensuring consistency across journeys and touch points
* Create and manage information architecture documents including but not limited to: site maps, content inventory, flows and navigation maps, user stories and / or scenarios and journeys, wireframes (screen blueprints or storyboards), written specifications (describing the behavior or design), graphic mockups (precise visual of the expected end result), conceptual design
* Lead and oversee the delivery of UX initiatives including activities undertaken within other functions to enable project planning with overall responsibility of ensuring the mobile & device Sportsbook UX strategy is delivered
* Devise and facilitate usability test sessions, analyse data and preset findings with recommendations to stakeholder team.

Key Accountabilities:

* Defining the mobile & device Sportsbook UX strategy
* Delivering all UX documents for implementation
* Delivering all UX requirements into development and UAT

Experience required:

* Formulation of a UX design strategy
* Extensive experience of conceptual User centered design.
* Expertise in conceptualisation and solution definition.
* Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology.
* At least 2-3 years experience working within two of the following, Mobile, Sports, Sports Betting, Retail.
* Working within Agile development teams
* Commercially aware.
* Knowledge of Betting and Gaming ideal.
