Working with our clients at the highest level (Board and C-suite) we aim to redesign and transform the way that the organisation balances its processes and functions and align its organisational structures to create an efficient and agile organisational form.

Candidates will have taken an active role and be able to demonstrate relevant experiences of supporting one or more of the following areas.

  • Assessing opportunities for and building the case for transformational change
  • Designing new operating models for service delivery
  • Creating transformational change programmes
  • Delivering end-to-end business transformation
  • Large scale cost reduction and restructuring
  • New processes and/or business requirements

You will be part of a highly skilled, specialist team within a wider group of operations professionals. At the same time, you will be encouraged to initiate and develop new ideas. Our highly motivated team have an excellent track record of delivering high quality work to major national and international clients and has ambitious growth plans for the next few years.

As a national team you may be based at any of PwC’s offices around the country but will be expected to travel on a regular basis to our clients locations all over the UK, and abroad.

About the role

  • Experience of supporting organisation wide transformation programmes, including;
  • Identifying opportunities for transformational change
  • Creating business cases for transformational change
  • Designing new operating models for service delivery
  • Creating transformational change programmes
  • Delivering end-to-end business transformation
  • Large scale cost reduction and restructuring
  • Large scale programme and project leadership experience, including scoping and implementing projects
  • Operating at senior executive and board level
  • New processes and/or business requirements
  • Able to build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships
  • Previous experience of working in a consulting environment
  • Client focussed and commercially astute, with proven ability to manage project budgets
  • Project management
  • Adaptable and with an innovative approach to their work
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and report writing skills
  • Working in large programme and project teams, including leading and directing teams, owning discreet deliverables.
  • Ability to translate strategy into operating model design and identify transformational priorities and actions. Demonstrates experience in thinking strategically and holistically about enterprise wide client issues, backed by analytical skills examining all aspects of people, process, structure, and technology related implications

Desirable skills sought for the role:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  • M&A Integration experience
  • Business restructuring experience
  • Strategy skills & experience
