Learning and Talent Manager
Job purpose
To embed Talent Management into Ladbrokes, via managing the Talent Management strategy and interventions, ensuring these support the business strategy and are engaging to our colleagues.

This will include management of succession planning and both diagnosing and managing Talent.

Responsibilities

• Work with HRBP’s and key stakeholders to ensure talent identification and succession processes are robust and fit the business.
• Provide support and guidance to all stakeholders in the ongoing Talent identification and succession processes
• Set up and maintain communication channels to ensure key stakeholders are informed of talent identification process, and outcomes.
• Design, deliver (with support from L&D) and evaluate interventions to support the Talent and succession process.
• Review and report on the effectiveness of the talent strategy and interventions
• Liaise with reward and resourcing to ensure alignment with talent strategy
• Support the Head of L&D and Talent via review, adapt and manage the Ladbrokes Performance Management process

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensuring all talent is identified, on a continual basis
• *Ensuring all interventions identified for people within the talent pool are delivered
• Management of the Talent budget
• Identify and Manage key stakeholders
• Deliver the Senior Managers Hiring and On-boarding process
• Manage the succession management process
• Manage Catalyst
• Recommend continual improvements to the Talent process

Experience

• Recognised L&D / Training qualification
• Managing Talent Management for a large business
• Communicating and influencing key stakeholders at a senior level in a business
• Design, delivery and analysis of company wide talent / L&D interventions
• In depth knowledge of L&D, with an emphasis on Talent Management
