The Payroll Relationship Manager is accountable for delivering a professional, high quality dedicated and focused relationship between Ladbrokes HR and the outsourced payroll provider ensuring a timely and accurate delivery of the payroll. The outsourced payroll provider is responsible for successful, efficient, effective, accurate and customer focused delivery of our lunar and monthly payrolls to a population of ca. 12,000 employees. The payroll relationship manager will build long term working partnerships with payroll’s key stakeholders – such as but not limited to the Payroll Outsourced provider, Third Parties, HRMC, Internal HR teams, Finance etc – to monitor governance of the service provision and enhance services provided to Ladbrokes. This role is based in London, with occasional travel to Glasgow and reports into the Head of HR Shared Services.Key Accountabilities
