Our drink is not about satisfying thirst. Well not a physical thirst. An intellectual and emotional one perhaps. We have created drinks choices that will amuse, delight and entertain. Our signature is a “high-tea party” with tea pot cups and saucers, where Earl Grey and Bombay Sapphire are blended together. We have the classics you’d expect but served with a twist in jam jars and tea cups.
Our food is as beautiful as it is simple. When you are having a great night you don’t want to spend the rest of it buried in a menu so we’ve taken the best things in life; steak, lobster or seabass and simply chargrilling or roasting them then serving with a theatrical flourish on boards.
And if you can’t tear yourself away from the bar then share some nachos, pizza or platter and there is a selection of small, but beautiful plates to try.
