Try some of these super foods to not only boost your immune system, but also to make your skin glow and reduce some of that bloat.

  • Blueberries- an anti-oxidant
  • Green beans- anti-inflammatory benefits
  • Kale- good for iron levels
  • Oats- a healthy carb
  • Salmon- get your omega 3’s
  • Sweet potato- full of vitamins and minerals
  • Squash- lovely chopped into wedges try roasting with fry light

Avoid citrus fruit, try and cut down on salt and white processed foods i.e. bagels and pasta, fizzy drinks including diet versions, peppers, chilli, mustard, onions, garlic, tomato and barbecue sauce, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
