Crowdfunder are looking for women who want to crowdfund to get started in business.
Only one in three entrepreneurs in the UK are women. Crowdfunder want to change that by supporting more women to start businesses.
Crowdfunder has teamed up with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank to develop and run Back Her Business — a crowdfunding programme for women across the UK. Together they’re helping women raise money for new businesses through crowdfunding, and we’re also providing free coaching, mentoring and opportunities to meet like-minded women.
How it works
From 10 to 24 June, Crowdfunder want to hear your great new business ideas!
With the help of their competition partner Enterprise Nation and some inspiring women who crowdfunded their own businesses, they will pick 12 winners – two from each category below and two additional winners who don’t fit in those boxes.
The winning ideas will be invited to launch their ideas on Crowdfunder, campaign for support from the crowd and, if successful, unlock the £2,000 pledge from NatWest, Royal Bank and Ulster Bank.
It’s easy to enter. Just check the criteria and apply before 24 June 2019. Winners will be announced 26 June 2019.
