Snap.hr are partnering with 23 Code Street and ScottLogic for our upcoming event, in which we’ll be exploring the ever-present theme of Diversity and Inclusion in Tech from a variety of different viewpoints.
We are encouraging a no-nonsense, honest and interactive dialogue about ‘evolving the conversation’ around Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech space. Our panel will be discussing real-life scenarios, successes and challenges – all focussed on building and maintaining a collaborative culture.
Not only is this an opportunity to hear from our panel, but also a chance to share your thoughts and ideas. You’ll leave with a toolkit of practical examples and actionable tips for developing a diverse and inclusive environment.
As the saying goes, there’s no such thing as a silly question – so we hope to create a space for everyone to learn, contribute and feel respected. We don’t have all the answers and there’s certainly no universal approach, but we hope this might be a good place to start.
