Jenny Garrett OBE, award-winning career coach, leadership trainer, speaker, and author, kicks off HBS Black History Month celebrations.
Jenny, who will be introduced by Professor Damian Ward, will explore the challenges that black people (especially black women) encounter in the corporate sector and how to overcome them.
Jenny will also cover how to manage race-related conversations in unsafe spaces and how to challenge respectfully outside safe spaces.
